The flame (pun intended!) behind the launch of Broken Top began (circa 2015) in my tiny kitchen in Bend, Oregon, and has ignited (yes, another pun– we have LOTS around here) over the last few years. With the passion behind family values, I brought my Dad on as my production guru back in late 2016, and together along with our amazing team, we have taken the company beyond that tiny kitchen to our now 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Bend, Oregon.
We believe that sustainable, eco-conscious products should be affordable, yet luxurious and healthy to fit into my family’s lifestyle. That’s why all of our hand-made home goods and body products are free of parabens and phthalates. They are also gluten-free, cruelty-free, and vegan.

Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and exact specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods will be thoroughly examined and securely secured. Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the products you ordered. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
