ABOUT THE MAKER
Minnesota Roasted | Award-Winning | Ethically Sourced & Zero Carbon Footprint
Launched in January 2018, Folly was born by a deep passion for high end specialty coffees and a lot of hard work from scratch. Folly Coffee Roasters is independently owned and operated, roasting all of our small batch coffee in Silver Lake, MN (about an hour west of Minneapolis). We started Folly to introduce people to the world of specialty coffee without any of the pretentiousness. Our coffees are among the best in the country and we continue to strive to get better!
We pay well above fair trade prices for all of our coffees, never roasting commodity grade coffees. Not only does this ensure the coffees you drink are the finest on the market, it also promotes economic sustainability at origin. Through the use of solar panels and geothermal coils, our roastery has a zero carbon footprint. Our only roasting output is natural gas, which is offset by the solar and geothermal energy. We also don’t hate a negative electric bill!
Folly Coffee was chosen from among hundreds of the nation’s finest roasters as a Good Food Award Winner in 2019. Our coffee has been rated and reviewed as “exceptional” by coffeereview. Our coffee buyer and COO, Jeff Mooney, recently placed as a top 15 coffee taster in the country. We take our coffee seriously so you don’t have to!
Prompt shipping and expert packing
We offer a broad range of shipping options due to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and exact specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods will be thoroughly examined and securely secured. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers across many countries. Our commitment to become the largest online retailer worldwide is demonstrated by this. Warehouses and distribution centres can be located throughout Europe as well as the USA.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period for each item.
Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the products you ordered. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
